Welcome to the Midlands Dissociation & Depersonalisation Centre

Expert support for people experiencing dissociation, their loved ones, & their clinicians.

Feeling unreal?

Does life feel as though you’re stuck behind a glass wall, or trapped in an invisible bubble? Does your body feel disconnected from you? Is everything just a bit ‘strange’?

The feeling of dissociation and depersonalisation is hard to put into words, and with most mental health professionals not trained in this area, it can be a real struggle to find help.

We understand.

With over a decade of research and clinical experience, we are uniquely placed to help you make sense of your experiences.

We’re here for clinicians, too

Are you a mental health professional working with dissociation or depersonalisation? We offer no-names consultation, clinical psychology supervision, and 1:1 or team training.

In-person and remote options

Our therapy room is located in King’s Norton, south Birmingham.

There is plenty of free street parking, and we are close to bus stops and Kings Norton rail station serving central Birmingham and Birmingham New Street.

Can’t make it to an in-person session? We also offer sessions via secure video-call.
